The sunken pool is integrated into the main outdoor living area, while the hot tub sits on a private side deck overlooking Halifax Harbour.

The pool is seasonal and generally available April 1 through September 30, weather and operating conditions permitting.

Subject to availability and weather conditions, guests can arrange independently operated water taxi transportation from Seacliff, providing a memorable way to travel across Halifax Harbour and experience the city from the water.

Head downtown for restaurants, cocktails, shopping or sightseeing — with Halifax Harbour becoming part of the journey.

A dedicated executive office and business centre provides a private environment for working during your stay. The workspace includes a full-size desktop computer, printer/photocopier, USB charging, everyday office supplies and FedEx shipping materials.

The office level also includes a full bathroom, comfortable seating area and wet bar with complimentary beverages and a selection of beverage appliances, including a Keurig, SodaStream and Ninja Thirsti.

Work when you need to. Close the office door when you're finished. Then step outside to the pool, hot tub or waterfront.

Corporate travellers and business stays are welcome. Corporate gatherings, meetings involving unregistered visitors and events require prior host approval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES

Seacliff is designed for peaceful private stays and registered overnight guests.

Maximum occupancy is 5 guests at all times unless specifically pre-approved by the host.

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, corporate events, commercial filming/movie shoots and similar events or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.

Private chef and water taxi services are optional, independently provided, subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Pool operation is seasonal and subject to weather and operating conditions.
