Ftan is situated at 1650m in Scuol in the lower Engadine. Ftan is a popular holiday destination in summer and in winter. In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns. The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home! Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house. There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance. A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.
The additional costs include the cost of heating (flat rate for electric heating per day), linen (sheets and towels per person), final cleaning and visitor's tax.The non-smoking apartment with two bedrooms is available up to 5 person. The apartment owns a kitchenette and a living room on the 2nd floor. The apartment was gently renovated and repainted in autumn 2012. A large south, southwest facing terrace next to the apartment on the 2nd floor invites you to linger, especially in the warm season.  Electricity and further expenses have to be settled with the separate form. Heating winter: CHF 160.00 per week, Heating summer: CHF 90.00 per week, Laundry per Person per week: CHF 20.00, Final cleaning: CHF 160.00,Taxes: CHF 2.80 per Person per day The settlement has to be done via landloard.
