The West Seattle Water Taxi (Seacrest/Colman Dock) provides a fast link to downtown Seattle during service hours. Air Conditioning: while there is no central air conditioning, there are 1 portal AC unit in the top floor bedroom, a swamp cooler on the middle level living room. The downstairs is extremely cool during warmer weather. Portable fans are provided for extra air circulation.

We want every stay to be a great one. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them during your stay. Refund requests related to concerns that were not reported promptly may not be eligible for consideration.

•Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
•The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival.
•The booking guest will also need to complete a simple ID collection process through our third-party guest portal partner, Happy Guest.
•A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.

Please note that failure to complete any of the required pre-arrival steps may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host's discretion.
