Treasure Island vacation rentals

Since I know St. Pete Beach really well, I wanted to find a place that was close to all of my favorite places. I nailed it! The condo is on the corner of the complex that has the least traffic, which is minimal in that area anyway. Parking was easy. Live music just up the street, so close to the beach, Upham park at the beach which is a hidden treasure, and so close to Gulf Blvd where many restaurants and ice cream parlors are. Corey St. has the outdoor market and great shops and restaurants. The pool at the condo was clean and pleasant. Loved it! The condo was so clean and the essentials that Lana provided were perfect! This was such a pleasant stay and I plan to stay here again on my next trip if the unit is available!

We loved everything about our stay. What a gracious host. We were only there for a quick stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The host provides so many extras ... beach chairs and towels are just a couple to note. As someone who knows owners that have had things taken by guests, I believe the level to which they supply extras is truly extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed a few local places. If you're a sports fan, Fergs is worth seeing ... interesting concept and fans representing multiple teams on a football Sunday. We would return! Met some people staying two months in similar units so this property can fit extended stays!

I have very high standards & this rental was fantastic. Clean & comfy. We enjoyed the pool, fishing of the dock, & felt safe walking to the beach. Thank you, Nancy, for being easily accessible for any questions. We saw a huge (8') dolphin while fishing of the dock, enjoyed playing the games provided, & really appreciated that there were more than enough towels when many properties skimp. We will be back!

Justin was a proactive host who was always available for my family, although there weren't any needs that were not already anticipated and accommodated. The kids (6 & 12 yo) had hours to play in the park and made a few friends during the week, and the neighborhood was very quiet (except for a couple hours on New Year's Eve, but that is St Pete for you!). The photos represented my family's experience there and the proximity to the beach (about 10 min to Treasure Island and 15 to Pass-a-Grille) and the bustling Kenwood area (about 10 min) made it the perfect spot for a family respite. If anything the photos understate how large the backyard is which was nice during the sunny afternoons during a mostly chilly week in St Pete. The cost is a little pricier than some other spots around, but the place is quite spacious and the finishings were upgraded--as a St Pete local myself who stopped by a few times for dinner, I would absolutely advise my folks to stay here again.
