Indian Shores vacation rentals

With a five month old baby and working remotely it was important to have a separate location for baby to sleep while work was completed. Easily met those needs (although thankful we brought light blocking add on for our pack in play as bedroom gets a ton of sunlight, but sunlight is also the entire purpose for coming to Florida in the winter so this isn't a negative unless you are a baby trying to nap during the day). When work was finished it was an easy hop skip and a jump to the beach (3 minute walk), pool was nice but often crowded, and although there were a few restaurants within walking distance (coffee house was nice and a few ice cream shops), a quick 2 minute drive north or south brought you right to the heart of many places to eat. Would easily stay at this place again without hesitation especially if a few details were improved upon. Floor was extremely dirty (our feet were black within the first 30 minutes of arriving so we made sure to wear shoes/sandals at all times), the bedroom could have easily fit a queen size bed (the full was a tad on the tiny side), a decent amount of stuff was overly worn/broken but working, and it's difficult to stay in a place for a week and only have 4 forks, spoons and knives. Basically makes the dishwasher obsolete because you have to wash utensils after every meal. If I stayed here again I'd make sure to bring plastic silverware. Again, wouldn't hesitate to book here, host was very responsive to any questions I had, but a few minor updates could really bring this place from a 4 star to a 5 star.

This place was AMAZING, from start to finish. Amy was wonderful to work with, allowing us to book our girls' weekend/birthday celebration way in advance. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport. Parking was plentiful. The elevator is just doors down from the room. Getting to the water from the condo was a very easy walk across the sand. The pictures just don't do the place itself justice. I felt the place was much larger than it seemed from the pictures. It was very clean, very updated. It had almost EVERYTHING you could possibly need from extra beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas to an ample supply of bathroom towels, kitchen towels and wash clothes, right down to every kitchen gadget you could possibly need. The only area lacking was the amount of frying pans. We could have used a couple of more for the big meals we made, and there was only one. Let's talk view. GORGEOUS. We sat and watched the sunset right in front of us every single evening. It was breathtaking. The balcony is big, with lots of seating. I would have liked the seating to be a bit higher to see over the balcony and not have to look through railings, but regardless, it was absolutely wonderful. The weather in January was 74-80 degrees, light breeze. The water of the Gulf was a bit chilly, but people were going in. It was okay to walk up and down the beach in the water gathering shells though. Beginning to end, simply fabulous. Thank you so much Amy! I am seriously thinking of visiting again with my children.

This place was perfect! My wife and two children really enjoyed our stay. Place is within feet from the beach, and the particular unit we stayed at, the parking spot backs up to the beach so it’s perfect for storing the wagon or whatever beach essentials you need. The unit was very up to date. Smart TVs, clean leather couch, and decor was typical beach decor. The building itself needs a little work, but it’s not terrible. Overall the building is a 6 out of 10 and the unit is a 9/10. Only reason I didn’t give it an10/10, is due to there not being any washer and dryer in the unit. The building has one on the floor, but wasn’t interested. I’d definitely stay here again.

Todd’s place was amazing!! He was very friendly and responded promptly to our messages. The unit is in a building that’s right on the beach and has amazing views of the Gulf so it doesn’t get any better than that! It is super convenient for people with small children. Check in was a breeze as the unit was unlocked for us when we arrived. There were enough supplies in the unit including plenty of bath and beach towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.. and the unit is equipped with lots of kitchen stuff if you prefer to cook. The unit was clean but in times of COVID we came prepared with cleaning supplies and disinfectant products for our own peace of mind. We had an amazing time here, we definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

This home was amazing in every way. It had all the amenities and supplies plus that you could ever want in a vacation home. Usually I have to go out and buy tons of supplies, but there were plenty of things provided, the home was super clean and we loved the pool! Going back soon!

This is an incredibly cozy apartment with a beautiful interior and many interesting details! Check-in was very easy thanks to the detailed instructions. The apartment fully corresponds to the photo, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hostess thought out all the little things - there are a lot of dishes in the kitchen for cooking, appliances, special thanks for the fantastic coffee machine. Our vacation was delightful. The bedroom window overlooks the ocean. It's nice to sit on the terrace with a cup of coffee. The apartment is located in a very good quiet and peaceful place.
