St. Pete Beach vacation rentals

Since I know St. Pete Beach really well, I wanted to find a place that was close to all of my favorite places. I nailed it! The condo is on the corner of the complex that has the least traffic, which is minimal in that area anyway. Parking was easy. Live music just up the street, so close to the beach, Upham park at the beach which is a hidden treasure, and so close to Gulf Blvd where many restaurants and ice cream parlors are. Corey St. has the outdoor market and great shops and restaurants. The pool at the condo was clean and pleasant. Loved it! The condo was so clean and the essentials that Lana provided were perfect! This was such a pleasant stay and I plan to stay here again on my next trip if the unit is available!

We loved everything about our stay. What a gracious host. We were only there for a quick stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The host provides so many extras ... beach chairs and towels are just a couple to note. As someone who knows owners that have had things taken by guests, I believe the level to which they supply extras is truly extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed a few local places. If you're a sports fan, Fergs is worth seeing ... interesting concept and fans representing multiple teams on a football Sunday. We would return! Met some people staying two months in similar units so this property can fit extended stays!

We took this trip with two adults and two older teens. We felt welcomed by the host who communicated with us prior to arrival. This condo was located a short drive from Tampa International airport and located right across from St Pete Beach. The unit was only a minute walk from the Beach. Nice cozy unit with all the amenities you need for vacation. Updated full kitchen if you choose to cook, but we didn’t because there were tons of good restaurants in short walking distance and even more within a short drive. If you rent a car you have a designated parking spot right outside the unit. The unit itself was furnished beautifully with a pullout couch and nice bed. Both were very comfortable and we slept great in the unit. Definitely one of the most reasonable prices locations we found during our search. Highly recommended from us!

We had a great month long stay at Rob's tropical disco home. Everything is newly renovated and the touches are perfect for a Florida getaway. We cooked regularly in the well-appointed kitchen and took advantage of the grill in the yard. The entertainment options were also excellent, with new large screen TVs and lots of streaming options. We loved the tropical disco room, where we could relax and even listen to some old vinyl LPs. The yard is just the right size and the heated pool was a welcome end (and beginning and middle) to every day. Best of all, the location can't be beat. Minutes from St. Pete beach, Gulfport shops and downtown St. Pete. And plenty of shopping options nearby. We also loved that we were just a short walk or bike ride from the Pinellas trail, which we used nearly every day. And Rob was responsive and friendly and handled everything quickly and effectively. We have already recommended the home to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! My wife and I stayed here for 11 days while visiting St. Pete Beach. Close proximity to the beach, great kitchen and amenities if you will be preparing your own meals during your stay. The newly renovated apartment is aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for the stay!

This place is a gem as well as its owner. Karina is the perfect host, very friendly, commendable, responds promptly to any questions. The place was immaculate. Just walking in, we felt instantly at home. The place is comfortable, had everything we needed. The inside is beautiful. You feel like every decoration was hung up with thought and meaning. We used the washer and dryer with no problem at all. Wifi was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Publix, pharmacy, restaurants. About 7 minutes to Passe-A-Grille, a 11-15 minute drive to Treasure Island, depending on traffic. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. A few sirens at night; what street doesn't have them. The terrace is very private and peaceful, surrounded by a "fence" of palm trees. We spent many night sitting outside enjoying the warm breeze. The area is nice and safe.Topping the prefect vacation, Karina left us with two hospitality gifts. So nice! I strongly recommend this place and I will return.

A wonderful open-spaced home with a beautiful view of the water with its passing sailboats and passing dolphins. The never ending parade of birds, from Ospreys to Egrets and the occasional Blue Heron is so entertaining. Surrounded by lush vegetation this is an ample property which is easily one of the largest if not the largest in Boca Ciega. I have taken some of the best photos ever especially in the late afternoons with its dramatic picturesque skies, at night with a full moon and at dawn with the gorgeous bright orange sunrises. My son and I have been able to relax in the quiet surroundings and enjoy how convenient this location is. Everything from restaurants to shopping to whatever water activity you can think of is literally just around the corner. Steven has been the most gracious host, always with a great disposition and attentive to any suggestion you may have, and we thank him for being so accomodating. All in all an unforgettable stay in an unforgettable place.
