**Hidden treasure in the most unsuspecting place** The owner was very cordial and accommodating. Sometimes, that can be to overcompensate when the most important things are lacking, but not in this case. The house was perfect for my weekend getaway. It was quiet, comfy, and loaded with touches of home. It's nicely decorated, thoroughly clean and very private. This old home has the character you hear about on house hunting shows. There are just enough upgrades to provide modern convenience but the original hardwood floors throughout most of the house, the molding, and front porch are reminiscent of the time the home was built. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and utensils that made my retreat extra special. Even the books that decorated the house were inspirational and lended themselves to a total mind and body experience. The best feature in the entire home was, without a doubt, the electric living room recliner. I spent all 3 nights sleeping in that chair, not because the beds were uncomfortable, but because I fell asleep watching Netflix each night and felt no inclination to go to bed when I woke up in the middle of the night. I can hardly wait to go back.

This is a charming house. Everything was so nice and welcoming. The bedrooms were clean and cool. The kitchen was amazing. They had a few appliances including a Kuerig with pods to use. I wished I drank coffee. The washer and dryer were also in the kitchen. That’s a great amenity. The bathroom had a beautiful walk in shower. The host also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Ample towels and linens provided. One of the features that I appreciated was the ceiling fans had charms to tell you which cord was for the light and which one was the fan. Plus the master bedroom has an adjustable bed. The host was always available and checked in to see if we were okay. This place is not far from the beach. They have bikes for you to ride. The front porch has a swing which my daughter used one of the days. The house was simply amazing and we will go back again. The pictures are very accurate. The host provides a lot of extras that we loved and appreciated.

I cannot begin to say enough kind words about this amazing property! Being a Florida local there’s a lot of choices and places to select when going on vacation. I’ve selected many Airbnb’s in the past and this one was by far my favorite as well as my five other girlfriends! The space was amazing and so thoughtfully decorated I wanted to move in permanently! The three spacious balconies provided brilliant water views! The host had thought of everything and had sweet little surprises that just made you smile. The decor was absolutely outstanding and you felt like you were at a high end private residence /resort! It was well stocked with a variety of necessities to make your stay comfortable and in perfect proximity to everything fun to do in Clearwater. Waking up in the morning to the gorgeous third story balcony view with a cup of coffee in hand was an absolute dream! The hosts seriously thought of everything as they designed the home. They were so kind and checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything. And to make it even better when I texted them back they were so kind of tell me where they had purchased a few of the things that I absolutely loved! The home is an absolute restoration hardware dream! It was so calming with the neutral beach color palette. We took a tiki boat tour while we were there and really enjoyed! The garage had a bunch of fun toys including bikes and all the beach gear your heart desires! I couldn’t possibly imagine recommending this more than I already have within the first 30 minutes of arriving home! You’ll be extremely happy if you plan your stay here :) The Bombshell Beach House is a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy some serenity! Many many thanks to the amazing hosts for making my Half Way to 90 birthday so memorable!

We had a wonderful week in Clearwater Beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened porch really enlarged the living space and the 9 of us ate almost every meal around the table. The heated pool was perfect for our 3 grandchildren (ages, 5,3 and 1) and we spent many hours swimming.The 5 minute walk to the uncrowded beach was perfect and we loved collecting shells, flying a kite, jumping waves, building sand castles, watching sunsets and making lasting memories. Even though we had rental cars, we discovered the "Florida Free Ride" and used their cab service a few times to get into town. If you don't have little children with you, it is only about a mile and a half walk to get into town to eat at some great restaurants, enjoy Pier 60 or take a Pirate Ship ride out of the marina. Dana and Mike were pleasantly and quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would highly recommend this property, especially to families with young children. Absolutely loved the stay here, from the moment of us getting there and walking into the home we just saw how clean and beautiful it looked. As well as the seashells in where we parked as decoration outside, and little lights surrounding the parking spot at night! The living room floor in my opinion is just lovely, and the rooms even better with comfortable beds and soft sheets. I think as a girl, and having two others girls staying there as well, our favorite part was the bathroom mirror. The lighting is so pretty because you can control the different tones of light on it and we liked the full body mirror in the big bedroom too. I think it would be even better if the second bedroom had a full body mirror too! The appliances in kitchen worked wonderful and we loved the countertop material, it was smooth and modern. The wooden bowls were ironically my favorite part though seeing as their aesthetic fit the vibe of the whole space. Anyways, 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Nora!

If you’re visiting the area for Blue Jays Spring Training games, stay here! It’s a 15 minute walk away from the ballpark, a 10-15 minute drive from Clearwater Beach, and a lovely space to come back to at the end of the day. It’s clean, spacious, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed — everything you need to feel at home. The convenience store on the corner was also very handy! Most importantly, Nora is a fantastic, responsive host. She was accommodating, proactively communicative, and very kind. Stay here!

I am blown away by our experience. We stayed here while getting renovations at our place about nine minutes away. I needed a place that could be easily baby-proofed, small, clean, and close to my daughter’s school. This hit all the marks, and she was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we would be set up for our stay. I’ve never in my life experience such a communicative host who was so easy-going, understanding, and accommodating. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and I felt like I made a friend in her as a host. We will be staying here again for our next round of renovations. We booked for two weeks. And we will be booking again for a similar amount of time. Such a quiet safe neighborhood. Super clean house, double fenced yard for kids to play, and she was great with letting us move things around for the kids safety. It had everything you need to live comfortably like you’re in your own home!
