Tampa Bay vacation rentals

This house is exactly as described. My family and I had a great time enjoying the home. They literally had everything stocked right down to laundry detergent. The beach chairs and cooler were great as I did not have to buy beach chairs while visiting St. Pete Beach. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were spotless. House came stocked with plenty of bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels as well as a few beach towels. St. Pete Beach is about a 15-20 minute drive. We were in town for my son's travel baseball tournament and on the go the whole week we stayed. You do have to drive to most places such as beach, shops and restaurants but the house is centrally located so this was not a problem. I have teenage kids and was hoping they could walk to different places but this was not possible as the house is located on a busy street. Our host was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns immediately.

Niko’s little cute place was perfect for my week stay. The pictures did it no justice. The rooms are so big, bed was VERY comfortable, and that bathroom, was like a dream of mine! 🥰 Upon arriving from SC, I realized I had come a day too early! At 10:00 pm, Niko was able to work with me and got me settled for the extra night! 👏 Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Doesn’t have an oven but the hot plate, microwave, and even a little dishwasher was all I needed! Washer and dryer was a bonus! 💦 Parking was a little tricky for my 4Runner so I had to pull in and back out diagonally. But, it’s a nice roomy 2 car driveway. I have already told Niko I plan to stay there again this summer! 😎🏖️ Thank you Niko!!

I whole experience was a 10 out of 10. It was clean, inviting, and made you feel right at home. As soon as we walked in we where greeted with calm music and snacks in a well air conditioned room. Mark would respond within minutes if we had any questions which also made the experience great. The location was not the best however, security cameras and an alarm system made the stay feel very safe. Also even though the neighborhood wasnt completely great the specific section we were located was more quiet then other parts. The house was very inviting and extremely comfortable. I look foward to booking with Mark again for future trips and enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home! Book with Mark you definitely won't regret it!

Absolutely love this home! If you’re looking for a place to stay with your family that is also enjoyable for your kids …look no further! Book this home now!! You definitely will not regret it! One of the main things I loved about this home is how clean it is! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The rooms are big and spacious the kitchen comes with a coffee maker, toaster and even a blender! There are tons of spices, sugar and even creamer. The refrigerator was very clean. You get tons of extra pool towels and even complementary toothbrushes in case you forgot yours :) let’s not forget the pool inflatable and water guns!! Even the adults had a blast with these!! Mark and Aline are great! Super fast at getting back to you, very accommodating and great communication. To say the least I will be booking here again in the future!

Mark and his team were highly communicative and responsive to all questions. The home was set up and very welcoming when we arrived. It was also stocked well with necessities like pots, pans, cups, etc. free coffee and snacks. We had an issue with plumbing and the team responded within 3 minutes and had the entire situation taken care of and sanitized by the time we came home from the beach. They had a pool alarm available for child safety, which was also fantastic. Mark’s team checked in each day and shared reminders like trash day, etc. we had 14 guests (we received approval for two more since they were only 3 years old) and there was more than enough space for all of us. Check out was a breeze, as we were encouraged to leave everything as it was for the cleaning team to tend to, simply turn off the lights and don’t forget anything! It was a pleasant surprise for the end of a vacation. Oh and it’s only 10 minutes from the airport!! Would highly recommend this location.

Our stay in the home was awesome! Check in and Checkout was easy. Communication was great! The location is close to Busch Gardens. The home is also close proximity to lots of restaurants, University Mall and other stores. We appreciated the extra amenities such as the coffee, snacks, tooth brushes, tooth paste, febreeze, and laundry supplies. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was nice to have seasonings and etc... My only suggestion is to add additional face clothes for large groups, dish clothes and dish towels. We saw a couple of small roaches in the kitchen. However, the home was very clean and spacious!!!! It was evident that safety precautions are taken to sanitized and prepare the home for guests. Overall, wonderful host and wonderful accommodations! We would definitely stay again!!!!!

This is a nice place that has been nicely renovated and put together to feel like home for anyone, as pictured. It's very clean and the host is very generous with everything they provide. The house is also close to everything and right off the main street that takes you to stores, restaurants, etc; takes 5 minutes to hop on the highway. The pool was nice for the kids as it's only 4 feet deep and good temperature too. There was also a tv in each room so everyone got to watch their own show/games. Enough seating for large families between the kitchen and the dining room. The host also stayed in touch from booking all the way to checkout to be sure we didn't need anything. Overall, great host, a great place, nice and quiet location. Thank you Mark and team for hosting us.

Awesome Property!!! The host was very responsive and the property met all expectations. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had an open concept which was great for the entire family. The house was very clean and the setup in the bedrooms was very spacious and was adequate for the family to spread out. The kitchen had all items for preparing meals if desire. The property was a great a value for amenities and centrally located to various entertainments and close to the airport. I recommend this property to for potential guest. I rated the property 5 Stars. I recommend this property to my family members, friends, and co-workers. To the owner: Please consider military discount which should include all veterans.
