Manchar vacation rentals

We spent Memorial Day Weekend 2019 in this beautiful house. There were 12 of us ages 2 - 87 celebrating family birthdays. We had a blast! This house is in AS NEW condition. The pictures are accurate but don't quite do it justice. It's a bright, sunny house and there are stunning water views from almost every room. The sunsets on the bay from the screened in porch are beautiful - lots of wildlife - inluding Cranes and other birds . The furniture is well maintained and comfortable. It was so nice to have the sheets and towels provided ! We made good use of the elevator moving in and out and to accommodate my mother in a wheelchair. And she was able to see every floor ! One of my siblings rented in the same neighborhood and we used the golf cart to go back and forth to their house. It seems to be a close knit community and everyone was very friendly. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need including a good assortment of spices. It's also helpful that there are basics there including dish soap, etc. We replaced everything we used up. We went to Fenwick Island State Park two days in a row for the beach. We were able to take our dog on one part of it. There are also restrooms and a snack bar available. At one point of the day, a group of people jumped up and ran to the water's edge. I was worred because the water was rough and I thought someone got hurt. Fortunately the attraction was a whale breaching ! It was amazing. We saw about 6 -7 more surface overe the next hour. Two of the college kids took the kayaks out and really enjoyed the bay. After we watched the sunset on the bay side of the house, we moved to the patio on the canal side to make smores in the firepit - the setting was so serene and beautiful. I can't thank the owner, Mary, enough, for maintaining such a beautiful home and for all the thought and care she puts into making it such a great experience. I would love to go back someday . I had a very comfortable stay in this flat. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Sameer was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would like to suggest a few small improvements for future guests. The AC remotes may need to be checked regularly, as some of them were not functional during our stay. During the summer it can be difficult to go out during the daytime due to the heat, so it would be great if Netflix and other OTT apps could be activated on the TV for indoor entertainment. Additionally, it would be better if cleaning items are stored somewhere other than the bathroom and arranged in a separate space. Finally, while reminding guests about the checkout time is understandable, repeated reminders can feel a bit disturbing for guests. Overall, it was a good experience!
