Alaska vacation rentals

This log home complex exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again when we visit next year. We reserved both the main log house and the adjacent log cabin for our family to stay at for a week-long schedule of wedding events. Everyone had comfortable beds to sleep in, plenty of bathrooms to share, very nicely appointed accommodations, a fantastic main kitchen and bar area with tons of bar stool seating for everyone, and a full kitchen for everyone's convenience in the smaller cabin (not so small, actually). The upgraded decor and appliances were fantastic (you'll love the pro-chef gas stove and ovens). And the owners bought an additional freezer chest for extra food items that we purchased to have on hand for the wedding festivities. I can't say enough about how responsive and accommodating the owners Becky and Jerry are. They ensured our stay was perfect. Book either or both of these cabins if you plan to visit the Soldotna area. You'll love your stay in this Kenai lodge paradise.

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The hot tub was great to sit in after a long day of hiking and exploring. The breakfast and snack options were also very nice and we ate so many Poptarts, haha. Donald also gave us a gift box with an Ulu knife which we found to be so amazing. Donald also had a lot of great recommendations for the area. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and calm, even during Halloween with the mass amount of trick or treaters! Donald offered us candy on Halloween too which was thoughtful. The Airbnb is convenient to everything we wanted to do, while also feeling secluded. We did see a moose up close and personal in the neighborhood which was cool. This place doesn't expect you to do laundry or completely clean when you are done, which is great because you're on vacation. We never felt like we were attached to a house, as the main occupants were very quiet. We would definitely book here again if we visit!

My brother and I surprised my dad with an Alaskan salmon fishing trip for his 70th birthday and stayed at this cabin. We absolutely loved staying her! Very clean and has everything you need. The owners were also extremely helpful, nice, and easy to get in touch with if we had questions, even though they live in California. Would highly recommend staying here!

I can't even begin to tell you how perfect this home was for our stay in Kenai/Soldatna. The owners were so helpful even before we got there with their insight on what to do while in Alaska and also very detailed about the easy check-in process. We have rented VRBOs in the past and had mixed experiences with the place being as nice as the pictures so I can't tell you how overjoyed we were to walk in for the first time and the home was EVEN BETTER than imagined. The decor was clean yet cozy and the space is so bright yet warm at the same time. We found the beds very comfortable and good window shades, since it doesn't get dark in the summer :). The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were also spotless. We LOVED the gourmet kitchen which was perfect for cooking dinners and we enjoyed a wonderful sausage and egg breakfast in the morning. The are beautiful sitting areas outside where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine at night, hoping to see a mouse. Then we DID! It was so cool. He just came right up and layed down. This completed our Alaska experience perfectly! I can't say enough about this wonderful home and how great Becky was. They literally thought of every need their guests could possibly want and delivered on it! I know we will be back and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!
