Reedville is a picturesque and historic fishing village nestled on Cockrell’s Creek where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. With roots dating back to 1874 when Captain Elijah W. Pets are welcome! 🐕🐈 We allow dogs and cats – no breed or weight restrictions.
We are pet friendly but only allow house-broken pets. Please do not bring pets that are not house-trained 🧼.
This may result in additional cleaning or damage fees 💵.
Keep pets on a leash when outside the home or not in fenced-in area 🦮.

🎥 Security:
A security camera is located on the fence facing the parking area and a ring doorbell by the side door entrance for your safety and ours. Both have video and recording capabilities 🛡️.
💧 We also have water detection devices in:
- the Fish House (by the water)
- under the kitchen sink in the upstairs bathroom
These only alert us if water touches the sensor. It is common for water to enter the Fish House during high tide 🌊.
🔞 Booking Requirements:
Minimum age to book is 25. Government-issued ID may be required at check-in 🪪.
🛡️Before you arrive, to finalize your reservation, all guests are required to complete a short registration and electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided via our property management system, hospitable. This helps us maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
