Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2025, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Porch. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. An extra bed is available on the sofa bed in the living room (foldable), for an additional PLN 50 per person per day. Guests can use the garden sauna, which sleeps up to four people, for PLN 150 per two hours. Please arrange this with the owner in advance.
