All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. A fully refundable $250 damage deposit is required for every reservation. The deposit is refunded promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
