NOTE: Pets are welcome, but only with Advance Approval. If you plan to bring a pet, please make sure to disclose prior to rental. Pet Fees are $200/Per Pet.

•Guest are responsible for any damage, urine, stains or pet hair that is done to any furnishings.
•No Pets on Couch, Chairs or Bed.
•Curb your Pet: Pick up Dog Poop in the yard.

Guest access
When you book a stay, you'll have Access to the Home and Back Yard.

This is a completely private experience with no shared spaces.

Other things to note
1. NO SMOKING: There is absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed inside the home or garage. If you smoke, please do so outside, and away from the home. There is a $500 fee if smoking is detected inside the unit.

2. Pets are only allowed during your stay with prior approval. Additional Fees will be assessed if any damage, pet hair, urine, stains or odors are found after check-out.

3. Occupancy: There is no sub-letting allowed. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 10 persons. Any additional guests need to be requested, and may result in additional fees.

4. Parking: Please park vehicle in the driveway or on the street.

5. Parties: No LOUD Parties are allowed at anytime. Please be respectful of neighbors and local noise ordinances. Refrain from loud music during late or early hours. There will be a Minimum $500 fine charged for unapproved parties/events/functions. This fee could increase if more damage is incurred.

6. Private Events: If you would like to host a small private event please disclose details prior to booking.

7. NO Strong Odor Foods: Please refrain from cooking any Curry, Strong Smelling Fried Fish or any foods with strong odors that penetrate into upholstery, fabric and walls. Please clean up dishes after cooking.

8. Utilities for 30 Day+ Stays: Utilities such as Electricity, Gas, and Water are included for a total of up to $500.00/month total for all combined. Any amount above this will be billed to guest.
