Located in Big Bear’s premier neighborhood, our 2-bedroom, 1-bath chalet is the perfect mix of mountain charm and convenience. Just a 2-minute drive to Bear Mountain, 5 minutes to Snow Summit and Big Bear Village, and steps from the zoo, golf course, coffee/donut shops, and boutiques along the Moonridge Corridor. A free trolley stop (Red Line) is just a 2-minute walk away, offering easy access to ski resorts and town—no parking hassle needed!

No open flames or candles are allowed on the property. -This is a non-smoking home anywhere outside or inside the property (Cigarettes, E-cigarettes, etc). Big Bear is part of a high-fire severity zone and absolutely no smoking is allowed on the premises. There will be a $200 fine per occurrence for anyone caught smoking on the property which will be deducted from the security deposit.

I have lived in Southern California for the past 20 years and have been coming up to Big Bear to go snowboarding ever since. In 2019 I purchased my ski chalet in lower Moonridge. I visit often to go snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. Photography is one of my passions and the chalet is decorated with many photos that I have taken in Big Bear and the surrounding areas.

Everything in Big Bear Lake and the surrounding areas is easily accessible by car and bicycle. There are also free public bus/shuttles which run throughout town daily. There is a bus stop a block from the house. In addition to countless hikes, there is a walking/biking path through the preservation lands one block away.
