The 30A Songwriters Festival will celebrate its 15th year with performances on the main stage at presenting partner Grand Boulevard’s Town Center in Miramar Beach with headline performances by renowned artists JEFF TWEEDY, ELVIS COSTELLO & THE IMPOSTERS, ROSANNE CASH, KT TUNSTALL, GRACE POTTER and RODNEY CROWELL.

I fell in love with the 30-A area years ago when my first son was born. I love the bike paths and the way the community has preserved the natural setting of the area. The beaches are amazing and rival Caribbean beaches. I enjoy the local eateries, boutiques and art galleries. My children have grown up coming here and we have created many lasting memories here. I have owned vacation rentals since 2008 and have enjoyed sharing it with others who also come back year after year. In 2018 I purchased Deja Blue at Prominence. In 2019 I purchased Seaclusion at Seagrove Highlands and completely renovated it. Then in 2021 I purchased and renovated Sea La Vie at Kiva Dunes where you have the best of both worlds: golf and the beach. I just finished building a cabin in Chinquapin near Cashiers, NC. So now my guests can enjoy vacationing in any season.
