Get to know One Ocean Place 1101!

One Ocean Place 1101 is a beautiful unit on the north corner of the north tower in the One Ocean Place building. OOP1101! is on the 11th floor. The view from the living room, king master bedroom and the wraparound balcony is simply spectacular!

There are two sliding glass doors in the family room leading out to the huge wraparound balcony. The king master bedroom has 1 sliding glass door to the balcony. All the windows have been tinted to reduce glare and heat in the living space.

One Ocean Place is a destination building where many of our guest wish to return every year. The building is family friendly as well as a residential building for many year round.

Guest are emailed our Welcome Packet which contains the property access codes and departure check list. The smart lock code emailed to guest is unique to the guest visit. Guest are also provided with two parking passes to the gated garage, free WiFi and a starter pack of toilet tissue.
