The property comes fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, kids beach toys, a boogie board, a full set of kitchen pots, pans, utensils, cooking and mixing bowls, plates, wine and drink glasses, large ice ball molds for the scotch drinkers and a bar cabinet and wine/drink cooler.
