This stylish condo is perfect for creating family memories. 2br/2ba on the 8th floor of gated Royale Palms, connected to Hilton Hotel at Kingston resort, best in Myrtle beach and close to all shopping and all what MB can offer. The building is a beach front and can be enjoyed from the large private balcony with access to Private Pool. The space
This ocean view 2br/2ba property has a full kitchen, large balcony to see the ocean, lakes, and surroundings overlooking fountain and a beautiful landscape. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV , lounge chair, 2 night stand and large walk in closet with access to balcony. The master bath had a double vanity, jetted jacuzzi and separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, dresser, TV, and walk-in closet. The beautiful dining room that seats 8 is separated from the living room which has access to the balcony and has leather recliner sofa, hide-a bed sofa, and chair, 2 night stands and coffee table and smart TV. The full size kitchen with granite counter and a bar that seats 4 has all you need for cooking and stuffed with coffee maker (multi cup dripping and Keurig pod ). Blender toaster, water kettle for tea, microwave, oven and stove, all you need of silverware, dishes, pots and pan for 12. It also include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, new LG washer and dryer. There is also second large bath with double vanity.
With 3 beds and sofa-bed, this property sleeps 6 comfortably.
My favorite thing is having my breakfast and dinner in the balcony.

Enjoy the place and surroundings. we enjoy the board walk access to Kingston plantation resort where you can enjoy the outdoor bar, the Black drum brewery/restaurant, the beach. You can also eat and have snacks or coffee at the many places at adjacent Hilton hotel..
Note: Royale Palms has a great private pool that you can use but you DO NOT have access to the water park, or Hilton private facilities.
