🪵 Elk Run cabin is a stunning Gambrel which is thoughtfully designed to give a modern and rustin charm while maintaining the cozy cabin vibe. A sprawling living area with 65" flat screen smart tv, plush carpet, and wood burning fireplace.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped coffee and cocoa bar, and plenty of cooking essentials.

🛌 The sleeping areas include 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a sofa, and a pull out couch. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

🚿🚽There are 2 bathrooms. One standing shower and one with a jetted tub. Brand new tankless water heater has been installed just a year ago. Rest assured, you will never run out of hot water.

🌲Fully fenced backyard and wrap around deck. You will find yourself in a state of relaxation in our balcony with the most amazing lake and mountain views.

** No AC. We encourage you to open the windows and utilize the portable fans provided during the hot summer months

Please be aware of San Bernadino's short term rental restrictions before booking. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8 am. No outdoor bbq and loud music during quiet hours

Keyless entry anytime after 4pm. A welcome package will be emailed to you within 24-72 before check in. Beforehand, all guest must sign the occupancy agreement and San Bernardino good neighbor brochure before we can provide the welcome package.

🛁 Hot tub use: Keep in mind there are quiet hours policy which is between 9pm - 8am. This applies to hot tub use. Ensure the hot tub cover is placed against the hot tub not on the ground when in use and hot tub cover placed back over when NOT in use.
- Turn off the jets and hot tub lights when not in use
- No drinks or food while in the hot tub
- No kids under 7 years old without adult supervision
- No glassware or bottles allowed while in the tub
- Maximum 5 person occupancy
- No pets in the hot tub
- 🌡️Keep temperature at 85 degrees when not in use

We will impose a $1000 fine for improper use of the hot tub plus actual cost for repairs and deep cleaning.

Check in is after 4 pm. Check out is at 11 am.

🚫Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $85 charge for the first hour and $45.00/per 30 minutes increments thereafter up to a maximum of $500/day.

🌨️During winter season, we handle snow removal from the driveway when it reaches more than 4 inches high. We also provide snow shovels located in the mudroom and back deck area for guests use.

🎥 Camera surveillance are within the exterior of the cabin and driveway. This does not view any of the interior living spaces rather it monitors the exterior of our property. Tampering with surveillance cameras are prohibited.

🧑🏻‍💼👩🏻‍💼Minimum 21 years old to book.

🚫🎿 No shoes, ski gear, or ski boots inside the house. Please store it outside or in the mud room.

🚫🪵 We do not provide firewood for the indoor fireplace. You may purchase firewood from local stores near the village.

🚫 No pets or smoking inside the cabin allowed.

🤫 Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.

🗑️ Kindly take ALL your trash down to the blue trash bin we provide by the parking structure. There is a $40 disposal fee for each trash bag left inside the cabin, deck area, side yard, mudroom, and backyard.

📝 We will be emailing you the rental occupancy agreement to electronically sign. Please message us your email address and the names of the people in your party. As soon as it is completed, the welcome package will be sent to you. We will not be able to provide access information until we have the signed occupancy agreement and the San Bernadino good neighbor form. No exceptions.

There is no AC in the cabin. We do provide stand alone fans to use during the summer.

Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly during the winter months. We are unable to honor last minute alterations or cancellations due to weather conditions/road closures. Be preapared to bring snow chains or opt to use a 4WD/AWD vehicle to enter Big Bear Valley.
