Room Policy
* Standard Booking: When booking the entire bungalow, two rooms will be prepared as standard for the initial quoted rate.
* Additional Rooms:
* For 5-6 guests, three rooms will be prepared.
* For 7-8 guests, all available rooms will be prepared.
* Extra Charges: Additional rooms beyond the initial two will incur an extra charge per room per night.

Visitor Policy
* Day Visitors: Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM.
* Overnight Guests: Overnight visitors require prior approval. An extra charge will be applied for overnight guests.

Cleaning Policy
* Daily Cleaning: Our caretaker resides on the property to assist guests with their needs. He will have access to common areas throughout the day to perform his duties. Daily cleaning services are included in your stay.
* Linen: Bed linens will be changed every 5 days.
* Towels: Towels will be changed every 2 days.
* Extra Cleaning: More frequent linen and towel changes are available upon request at an additional charge.
