We offer a 1-time departure clean during your stay. Requests for in-between-stay cleaning can be accommodated with a 24-hour notice for an additional fee. Maximum 4 person occupancy only. No pets or smoking allowed.

Please note that we are not available 24/7 and may not respond during late-night hours. Our business operating hours are from 9am to 5:30pm. Any inquiries sent outside of this timeframe may be addressed in the next business day.

Additionally, we do not provide extra services such as decorating the room for special events. We are happy to recommend you to nearby restaurants or places to go around the Strip, however.

You must be 21 years old to book. MGM Signature will need a valid government issued ID that matches the name on your reservation and a credit card upon check in at the front desk. A $100/night up to $300 per stay holding deposit will be preauthorized by MGM Signature for incidentals.

Any requests for additional towels and toiletries must be directly messaged to us at least 24 hours prior. There will be a charge of $35 for extra supplies as we provide enough towels and toiletries for your stay.

🚫Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $85 charge for the first hour and $40.00/per 30 minutes increments thereafter up to a maximum of $500/day.
