We’re just 11 minutes from downtown KC, 15 minutes from MCI Airport, and close to family favorites like Top Golf, Worlds of Fun, and LEGOLAND. Whether you're here for fun, family, or both, you’ll love the comfort and convenience of this space.

Yes! Our place is super family-friendly and great for kids. There’s a cozy bedroom with twin beds just right for little ones (or adults who don’t mind sharing), plus a crib in the master so babies can sleep close by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there’s plenty of room for the whole family to hang out and relax. We want everyone—big and small—to feel right at home here!

Smoking is allowed outside only — we provide ashtrays for your convenience. Smoking inside the home is never permitted. If we catch you smoking indoors, your stay will be ended immediately, and you’ll be asked to leave.

We understand and respect that many guests smoke, and we want you to feel comfortable. We just ask that you please respect our no-smoking rule inside to keep the home fresh and safe for everyone.

You’ll have parking available in the driveway right in front of the house. Please note, there is no garage access included.

Partially Wheelchair Accessible

Accessibility is very important to me—my mother uses a wheelchair, so I’m familiar with the needs involved.

The top level is mostly wheelchair accessible, featuring a spacious bedroom, larger kitchen and dining areas, and a walk-in shower (please note, no shower chair is provided). The bedroom door is somewhat narrow and may present a challenge.

There is one step onto the porch and one step entering the home. The lower level is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs.

The easiest way to get around is by car, and we offer free parking in the driveway and along the street.

Public transportation isn’t nearby, but Uber and Lyft are easy to use and usually show up within minutes.

If you prefer to drive yourself, car rentals are available at MCI Airport (just 15 minutes away) or at several spots around the city.
