No parties or events: Parties and events are not permitted inside the apartment. Exterior Ring cameras are used to monitor activity around the property. Violations may result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours after 11 PM and be considerate of neighboring guests. Repeated excessive-noise alerts may result in a $250 fee.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The property is equipped with advanced smoke detectors, and smoking, vaping, marijuana, or cigarettes inside the unit may result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Lost access items: A $200 replacement fee applies to lost access items, including 2 access fobs, 2 parking passes, 1 key, or 1 garage door opener.

Exterior cameras: Ring security cameras are located outside the property for safety and security purposes.
