Über Julian

Hello! My name is Julian, I'm the proud owner of this beautiful beach condo villa. My wife Melissa and our four children love Myrtle Beach and we wanted to create wonderful memories for our family. We live busy lives in the NYC area, so we created the perfect vacation spot that was directly on the beach and offers ultimate relaxation. Our condo villa has unobstructed views of the ocean and beach to give you the most amazing vacation. We completely renovated the property to provide a first class experience with all modern touches and elegant decor. With 15+ years in the hospitality industry, I like to treat all our potential guests like family and hope to have you join us for years to come. Any questions about your stay or availability, please feel free to contact me for a quick response. Thank you!
