I’m Dawn and I will be your host for the time You stay at Park Ave. I am so excited and a tiny bit nervous to start this new adventure! But like my dad always used to say “Anything easy usually isn’t worth it, and anything worth it, usually isn’t easy” That being said, I really do appreciate any feedback you may want to share about your time at Park Ave. With knowledge comes the power to take any action needed.
