This welcome book is intended to help you get acquainted with the area and our home. We've written our knowledge of the area for you to enjoy! We have included some of our favorite restaurants, golf courses, entertainment, and more. Along with our area guide you'll also find everything you need to know about our home. You will find a bound copy of this guide in the home, which you are welcome to take out with you during your stay so you needn't print this out.
Parents are to properly supervise their children at all times. The home is not child proofed but we do offer a few toys located upstairs in the play room. A Pack N' Play is available. Please provide your own baby sheets.
Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Please ensure everyone is out on time. Housekeeping must begin on schedule in order to prepare for the next guests. All vehicles need to be off of the property so that other cars can pull in. Guests are not to remain on the property taking group photos after check out time.
The home is in a rural area and the wifi can be intermittent especially if thunderstorms or raining. We have one of the fastest DSL speed offered in our area. They are not adding any more DSL lines in this area, nor will they be adding fiber optic in the near future.
Travelers often hope to see snow when taking a winter vacation in the North Carolina Mountains. Pecan Grove BnB is nestled between Raleigh and Fayetteville in the quaint town of Lillington.
Check-in time is 4:00pm-10:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00am at the latest. If you arrive in the area early, I suggest taking a tour of the nearby towns of Lillington or Dunn. Please respect the full amount of time used to have the home prepared.
