Welcome to our beautiful Lake House property, perfect for relaxing and enjoying both outdoor and indoor activities. This Lake House comes fully equipped with A/C, washer and dryer, 4 smart TVs, dishwasher, Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea, outdoor firepit, foosball, 2 vintage-style arcade games, and a Smart TV to connect any personal gaming devices (Wii/Xbox). The house also features a wet bar with seating for four, a BBQ grill, and various board games. The lower-level game area is a highlight, and the 1st level deck provides breathtaking views of our private area of the lake, where you’ll have access to 2 kayaks for a memorable experience. Parking is available for a maximum of four cars.

Note:

Due to the house's lakeside location, you will need to climb down a mix of stairs and slope to reach the house and the fire pit area. The indoor fireplace is not available for use. However, we have a great outdoor firepit near the water.

Saw Creek Community Rules:

All guests must be registered at the office to enter the main gate. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in.

No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.

Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.

Fireworks are prohibited.

Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals.

All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference).
