Great for Families - Bring Your Boat - Mary Esther

This house is really close to the beaches, about 2 miles. The setting is a quiet street in a neighborhood close to military bases and beaches. Mary Esther is a very small city (1.5 SQ Mi) but it is away from the traffic jams & crowds. The house has split bedroom plan with 2 bedrooms on one side and master on the other side.

Cameras are on the front of the property ONLY for security for guests.

The space
Kitchen is fully furnished with essential items for cooking. Washer/dryer also available in garage. Two car attached garage. Wood burning fireplace (during winters) is also available for your use. This home is perfect for short as well as long term stays. There is a playground/park right down the street as well as tennis court.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard. The back yard is spacious for children to play and the back porch and patio are great for sitting out in the evenings and grilling. A charcoal BBQ grill is available for your use. (I provide charcoal) There is also a very nice propane grille for your use.

Other things to note
There is a security system in the house for long term guests. Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage only. No parking on the street. Driveway is 3 wide and plenty enough space for parking. Bring your Boat, wave runner or RV!
