Ferienhaus Terlischa, (Seewis Dorf), terlischa_seewis - Seewis im Prättigau

The vacation house Terlischa is situated a little above the village of Seewis, detached in a wonderfully sunny location. From the large sun terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the entire valley. The house is surrounded by a large garden and is also accessible by car in winter (road is groomed, depending on conditions snow chains may be necessary). The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is heated by central heating (air-heat pump). There are 3 uncovered parking spaces in front of the house. The family-friendly, small ski lift is located in the immediate vicinity of the house (about 100 meters). In summer you will find around Seewis, an extensive network of walking, hiking and biking trails. In the hotel Scesaplana there is an indoor swimming pool, which you can use on request. In the village center you will find a grocery store, a bank and various restaurants. Not far from the village you can stop at various mountain inns and guesthouses.
Please note that in case of occupancy by 2 persons, the entire 1st floor is at your disposal. The first floor is not accessible. Bath linen is available upon request (for a fee). Please check with the landlord for details if needed.On the first floor there is a room with double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) and a bathroom with shower / WC and the large sun terrace equipped with ample seating. On the 1st floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and the well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, raclette oven and fondue dishes. Through the kitchen you can access the large balcony, which also offers a seating area. Also a second bathroom with shower/WC and the cozy, large living room with tiled stove, TV and music system are located on the 1st floor. On the comfortable sofa group it can relax, while at the large table 10 people find good space. W-LAN can be used free of charge.
