Bahiti - Saint George Island

This is a nice sized apartment with a full kitchen, full mood bathroom with mutilple lighting, bedroom w/locking door, and living area with sleeper sofa. Two smart TV’s.

The apartment has a queen bed in one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

It will accommodate four people, but there are additional fees for the third and fourth guests.

I allow pets, but there is a charge for them, as well.

There is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is a kitchen table with plenty of room for four people to sit and enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Out back I have a 60 foot dock on a canal on the bay side of St. George Island.

Right in front of the dock sits the largest saltwater pool and hot tub on SGI. The pool has a shallow swim ledge area with an umbrella and water seats that is great for small children (supervised of course!).

You may be sharing the common areas of the residence, which includes the grill, pool, hot tub, and dock, but there is plenty of room. There is also a fire pit and outdoor shower.

The apartment is a four block walk from the beach side of the island and the Gulf of Mexico. The property sits on a canal and I have kayaks you can use for free. I’ve also got stand up paddleboards for a small fee.

I do currently live upstairs and am always trying to improve things here, so you may see see me outside working on things from time to time. I try not to do anything to disturb my guests, though. There is one other rental at the property as well, so common spaces might be shared, but the pool and hot tub are definitely big enough for everyone.
