You will receive instructions for entering the house on the day of your arrival. The house has a smart lock and you will receive a passcode. The door is on the right-hand side of the house from the driveway. Follow the deck, go down three steps to the lower door (do not go up the flight of stairs to the upper level door.)

Touch the lock with the back of your hand to activate the lock. (The screen is black until you wake it.)

 Enter the 4-8 digit code and press the, the LED will turn green if the code is correct.

 You can set the lock to passage mode if you do not want it automatically locking. You can do so by holding the lock icon button for 3 seconds on the inside above the lever until it sets the lock to Passage Mode. Turning passage mode off is done the same way. It toggles between the two states. I advise allowing the lock to engage before toggling passage mode on or off. It should lock within 5 seconds of being unlocked.
