Moe's Original BBQ

Moe's Original BBQ is a popular barbeque franchise with locations in Hendersonville, Forest City, and Asheville, NC.  The Hendersonville location is right on downtown N. Main Street.  There are no servers here; the atmosphere is very casual, and meals are served in plastic baskets and small plastic cups. When you walk in, you will order at the cash register, and then choose a table.  Your name will be called when your order is ready.  Moe's Original BBQ menu is very simple:  sandwich meals come with two sides and a drink; platter meals come with two sides, a drink, and a slice of seared cornbread.  Takeout is also available. 

Main meats include pulled pork, ribs, smoked chicken wings, smoked turkey, smoked chicken, and fried catfish.  Sides sometimes vary, but include:  potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, red beans and rice, collard greens, banana pudding, and chocolate mud pie.  The Moe's Hendersonville location has a salad on the menu, in addition to a tempeh & black bean burger. A customer favorite is the fried shrimp Moe Boy sandwich. Customers love this franchise and rave about the seared cornbread!
