Security & Doors Key will be hidden and will be messaged to your prior to check in
Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later, and check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest. If you arrive in the area early, I suggest planning some activities from my Houfy Guidebook.
What Should I Do If I Arrive Early?
- Visit Downtown Rogers : Great shopping and local restaurants
- Lake Atalanta : 5 Minutes from Hilltop House
**Hilltop Hideaway premises is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the cottage. They are only for surveillance of parking areas in areas of public view **
Kitchen Help yourselves to any dishes, utensils, spices & condiments. Please be sure wash anything used and return to cupboards.
Living Room Remotes are located under TV
To turn tv on:
On LARGE remote, select tv button (upper right), then press power button (upper left).
To control TV and volume:
Press volume button up (This will turn on sound bar)
Slide thumb around the top square to toggle on screen
Bathroom Hair dryer is located in drawer of main bathroom. Soaps can be found in shower.
Smoking Please do not smoke on the property.
Towels We have provided one set of towels for each guest to use inside the property. When you depart please place any used towels inside the bathtub or in hamper next to washing machine.
Heating & Air Conditioning The property has air conditioning and heating please feel free to use it when necessary – you can find the switch that turns it on in main room between bedroom doorways.
Trash / Recycling Trash can be placed in the bin located outside of the garage door. Please be sure to secure lid on top as we do have critters in the area.
Grill Located on the back balcony. Please pull grill away from the house before lighting. Follow lighting instructions located on the front of the grill
Washer and Dryer Available to guests for use. Laundry soap is located in cupboard above the washer. Everything else in the Laundry room is private and is not for use of guests.
Firepit Please feel free to enjoy our fire pit. Wood is located near fire pit. Fire must be attended to at all times and must be fully put out when finished enjoying.
**Please note that the garage is not for guest access as well as any un-used rooms may be locked as well as small closets**
Check out -Please gather all trash and place in outside bin. -Dishes washed and returned to original location. -Place linens in hamper next to washer and dryer
