What are the Carlton Landing restaurant hours of operations; when are the special/epic holiday weekends; what movies are showing & when; when are the pop up shops, yoga & live music; and what are some fun area festivals (think: Bigfoot)?

Hopefully this will help you plan your menu! The Pantry (Carlton Landing's micro-grocery store) is working to open 2 hours earlier on Fridays (4pm-8pm).

 weekend historically has so many fun events including hay rides & fall cookie decorating.

 weekend hosts a pumpkin carving party, trick or treating (at The Lodge, we provide a giant bucket of candy to pass out from the front porch!), & a chili potluck dinner.

 weekend is a laid-back evening that includes a DELICIOUS dinner, live music, a toasty fire, and most of all – friends! Don your favorite flannel, scarf and Fall-gear.

 weekend is my FAVE! Historically, there's family pictures with a reindeer, free FANCY s'mores, Bonfire in the Borough & the chance to see inside many gorgeously decorated homes!

You'll love the festive environment watching a movie beneath the stars on the Festival Lawn (just steps away from 

Robber's Cave is 40 minutes from Carlton Landing, Honobia is a bit over 1.5 hours away & Poteau is just UNDER 1.5 hours away. What fun festivals! I grew up in Wilburton, attending & serving at the Fall Festival each year. It's a BIG deal- about 80k people are estimated to visit! It'll harken you back to when life was simple. You can google for more deets for each.

The Pop Up Shops are next to the Festival Lawn, down from the Boardwalk. I love seeing the products sold by local artisans! Yoga under the pavilion, overlooking the lake is super soul-filling!

Adam and I grew up in Oklahoma, met at OU and moved to Fort Worth, TX after we married. We have 3 amazing teens & have always dreamed of owning a cabin in the woods of SE OK where I grew up. We wanted a place to escape & connect as a family, especially during the teen years when we need a strong family connection more than ever. 

When we stumbled across Carlton Landing & then The Lodge, it felt like home. It's the "cabin" we always wanted, but in the middle of the most family-friendly community that offers all we need to spend quality time with our kids.

Family's that play and laugh together STAY together, so we've stocked The Lodge with all you'll need to have fun at home and around CL. There's always more tasks to complete- I love that CL helps me remember that people matter most. Our time at Carlton Landing has blessed our family more than we ever imagined and we hope it does the same for yours!
