Singelton’s This is a great store to buy meat and other specialty items, hard liquor, beer and wine. It is located in Proctorsville, Vermont. If you are coming north from I91 via Vt route 103, you will go right by this. To get there, turn right onto route 131 after the only RR tracks you will have to cross while on 103 from Chester to Ludlow. It is right up the road on your right. You can’t miss it.

The Ludlow Farmer's Market takes place on the front lawn of the Okemo Mountain School every Friday from 4-7p.m. from May 26th-October 6th. Local Vermont farms, food purveyors, and artisans make up the over 40 vendors. Live music every week!
Country Store in Tyson- This is the little local store just two miles before you get to the cottage. They have the basics plus a selection of beer & wine. Soda, candy, coffee, ice cream, chips, eggs, milk etc. They sell fishing licenses and some fishing gear. They also rent out kayaks and canoes for about $40/day or $150/week.
