30 years ago I married a trained professional chef. Now mind you, I grew up in the hotel industry, no newbie to cooking. I worked for the Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, Vermont for years. I worked with German Chef Hans Schadler. I worked there through HS and college (weekends) while at the University of Vermont. I graduated and before going on to grad school in Cambridge, Ma.
