Killington Grandview House is a charming contemporary home is perfect for family vacations, reunions, and gatherings. The gorgeous panoramic view of Pico, Killington, and Mendon Mountains can be enjoyed all year round either cuddled next to a fireplace or from an outside deck which wraps this unique 7 bedroom 6.5 bathroom home. Bring your family and friends to spend a weekend, week, or more in this spacious home which can comfortably sleep 20 people. The best feature about this home is the close proximity to world class skiing, golfing, biking, and hiking. It is located just a few minutes away from Killington/Pico, lots of hiking trails, golf courses and the town of Rutland. It's close enough to all the recreations, yet far enough for tranquil relaxation.

This custom built home has three levels. The ground level has three bedrooms, a large recreation room with a 12 foot bar, a refrigerator, a pool table, a sitting area with a TV, a laundry room, and a separate room with a large hot tub.
The gold bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bath. The green bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bath. The bunk room has two bunk beds (four twin beds) with a computer deck and half bath.

The main level has an open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, three bedrooms, and a double fireplace that can be enjoyed from either the living room or dining room. Friends and family can gather around the living room, capturing the breathtaking mountain views through the enormous windows that transcend natural light into every corner of the room. The 24 x 25 ft Cathedral ceiling give the space a comfortable and homey vibe. On top of the marble fireplace there is a brand new 65 inch TV with dish service. The two bedrooms and living room walk out to a large wrap around deck where you and your friends can enjoy the fresh air or an outdoor BBQ. The spacious dining room can sit at least 10 people and can be expanded to fit all. The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space packed with all needed necessities as well as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and more. An open breakfast bar looks out to both the dining and living rooms where you can work in the kitchen and mingle with company.
The pink bedroom has a king-sized bed with a futon that can become a twin bed. There is an additional private bathroom. The peach bedroom has a queen sized bed with a private bath. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed and direct access to the deck. The main level also includes an addition bathroom next to the kitchen.

The top level has a large, suite-like, master bedroom with a sitting area, TV, walk-in closet, and french doors opening to a private balcony overlooking both the happenings of activities in the living room, as well as the outside tranquility of the mountain views. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a trundle bed (2 twins) in a separate sitting area. The master bathroom has a shower, corner Jet Spa bath, double sinks, and a makeup vanity.

Enjoy time outdoors either on our wrap-around deck watching over the mountains where we have plenty of dining and seating area or around our newly built fire pit.
