Trees line two sides of the site, giving you real separation from the road without pretending you're in the middle of nowhere. This place has company: deer, birds, and whatever else wanders through. Don't be surprised if you spot something right from your own site.

Coffee under the awning to start the morning. As dusk settles, the fire pit takes over: shared laughter, heartfelt stories, s'mores, and a little live song whenever someone reaches for the guitar.

This is a working property, not a polished resort, and that's exactly why it's priced the way it is. The barn next to the RV is a well-loved original structure with weathered siding, and a couple of spots on the grounds are in the works. None of that touches your stay. Northern Michigan's four-season playground, and you're minutes from the middle of it: championship golf, real hiking and mountain bike trails, DNR-managed ORV routes, and the Boyne River, Jordan River, and Lake Charlevoix all within reach. Wineries and a distillery worth the detour. And festivals practically every month from spring through fall: the National Morel Mushroom Festival kicks things off in May, The Best 4th in the North and Boyne Thunder carry summer through July, the Flywheelers Festival and Boyne Falls' Polish Fest hit in August, and by autumn there's Boyne City's Harvest Festival and the Charlevoix Apple Festival.
