102 E Dove Street (New location) Nags Head, NC Blue Moon Beach Grill This extremely popular outer banks restaurant is a favorite of the locals and travelers. They used to be located in a stip-mall shopping center and became quickly inundated with customers. After some expansion in that location they moved to their current location at 102 E Dove Street.

Opened in 1985, Old Nags Head Cafe is located in the heart of Old Nags Head, NC on the beach road. It is a small, quaint restaurant offering traditional and contemporary southern dishes. Fresh local seafood, hand cut Angus Beef, chicken, chops, pasta, soups, salads, sandwiches. Daily specials and homemade desserts. Their breakfasts are fantastic.
