Seacliff - Luxury Waterfront Paradise - Pool & Spa - Halifax

Welcome to Seacliff – Luxury Halifax Waterfront Paradise

Discover an extraordinary private oceanfront vacation rental located directly in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Set high above Halifax Harbour and the Northwest Arm, Seacliff is the only vacation rental within the City of Halifax offering both a private heated swimming pool and private hot tub — all just minutes from downtown.

This approximately 3,000-square-foot waterfront residence combines the privacy of an entire home with amenities more commonly associated with a private resort: heated pool, hot tub, private wharf, boathouse, multiple waterfront living areas, optional private chef experiences, private water taxi access and a dedicated executive office and business centre.

No shared spaces. No shared amenities. Just your own private Halifax waterfront retreat.

THE SEACLIFF EXPERIENCE

Built into a hillside overlooking Halifax Harbour, Seacliff was designed to take advantage of its remarkable waterfront setting. Panoramic ocean views, exceptional privacy and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces allow guests to experience the harbour from virtually every level of the property.

Spend the morning enjoying coffee overlooking the water, relax beside the heated pool, arrange a private chef dinner, watch the sunset from the boathouse, soak in the hot tub or arrange a water taxi directly from Seacliff's private wharf.

Seacliff offers the tranquility of a secluded oceanfront retreat without leaving the city.

OPEN-CONCEPT WATERFRONT LIVING

The main living level brings together the family room, gourmet kitchen and dining area in a bright open-concept space designed around the water views.

The living areas flow directly onto the pool deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

GOURMET KITCHEN & PRIVATE CHEF EXPERIENCE

The kitchen features quartz surfaces, built-in appliances, a gas cooktop, centre island and breakfast bar, with everything needed for preparing meals at home.

For an elevated evening, guests can arrange an optional private chef experience at Seacliff. Enjoy a professionally prepared meal in the privacy of the residence while overlooking Halifax Harbour — without having to leave the property.

It's an unforgettable option for anniversaries, special dinners, family stays or simply an evening spent enjoying Seacliff.

Private chef services are independently provided, must be arranged separately and are subject to availability and additional charges.

PRIVATE HEATED POOL & HOT TUB

Enjoy two of Seacliff's signature amenities entirely to yourselves: a private heated outdoor swimming pool and private hot tub overlooking the water.

The sunken pool is integrated into the main outdoor living area, while the hot tub sits on a private side deck overlooking Halifax Harbour.

Together they create something truly unusual within the city: Seacliff is the only vacation rental within the City of Halifax offering both a private swimming pool and private hot tub.

The pool is seasonal and generally available April 1 through September 30, weather and operating conditions permitting.

PRIVATE WHARF & BOATHOUSE

Follow the property down to the water and discover another side of Seacliff.

The private boathouse and wharf provide their own waterfront retreat with comfortable seating and spectacular harbour views.

Relax beside the water, watch boats pass through the harbour, enjoy one of Halifax's beautiful sunsets or settle into the pillow-filled hammocks suspended over the ocean.

PRIVATE WATER TAXI ACCESS

One of Seacliff's most distinctive experiences is private water taxi access directly from the property's own waterfront wharf.

Subject to availability and weather conditions, guests can arrange independently operated water taxi transportation from Seacliff, providing a memorable way to travel across Halifax Harbour and experience the city from the water.

Head downtown for restaurants, cocktails, shopping or sightseeing — with Halifax Harbour becoming part of the journey.

Water taxi transportation is independently operated, must be arranged separately and is subject to availability, weather conditions and additional charges.

DESIGNED FOR EXECUTIVE & CORPORATE TRAVEL

Seacliff isn't only a vacation retreat. It is exceptionally well suited to executives, corporate travellers, visiting professionals and extended business stays in Halifax.

Unlike conventional hotel rooms or executive apartments, guests have an entire private waterfront residence while remaining minutes from downtown Halifax.

A dedicated executive office and business centre provides a private environment for working during your stay. The workspace includes a full-size desktop computer, printer/photocopier, USB charging, everyday office supplies and FedEx shipping materials.

The office level also includes a full bathroom, comfortable seating area and wet bar with complimentary beverages and a selection of beverage appliances, including a Keurig, SodaStream and Ninja Thirsti.

Work when you need to. Close the office door when you're finished. Then step outside to the pool, hot tub or waterfront.

Corporate travellers and business stays are welcome. Corporate gatherings, meetings involving unregistered visitors and events require prior host approval.

PRIVATE GUEST SUITE

The spacious guest suite provides additional privacy within the residence and includes its own sitting area, full bathroom and private balcony.

This makes Seacliff particularly comfortable for families, couples travelling together or guests who appreciate having separate spaces within the home.

UPPER SUITE & SPA-LIKE BATHROOM

The upper suite opens toward Halifax Harbour and includes access to the private side deck and hot tub.

The four-piece ensuite features double sinks and a separate tiled rainfall shower room with floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a peaceful, nature-filled spa experience while maintaining privacy.

BACKYARD OASIS & THE LOOKOUT

Seacliff's outdoor experience extends well beyond the pool.

The private backyard oasis provides space for outdoor dining and relaxing, while the elevated Lookout features comfortable suspended chairs overlooking the harbour.

Throughout Seacliff, guests can choose their own way to enjoy the outdoors:

• Swim and lounge beside the heated pool
• Relax in the private hot tub
• Watch the sunset from the boathouse
• Stretch out in the waterfront hammocks
• Relax in the Lookout loungers
• Dine outdoors overlooking the water
• Sit quietly by the harbour and watch the boats pass

OCEANFRONT — AND ACTUALLY IN HALIFAX

Location is one of Seacliff's greatest advantages.

Many waterfront vacation properties marketed to Halifax travellers are located outside the city. Seacliff is located within Halifax itself, directly on Halifax Harbour and the Northwest Arm, across the water from Point Pleasant Park and just minutes from downtown.

Guests don't have to choose between a Halifax city stay and a private coastal retreat.

Spend the day exploring Halifax's restaurants, museums, shopping, universities, hospitals, entertainment and downtown waterfront — then return to your own private oceanfront home.

TOTAL PRIVACY

Seacliff is rented as an entire private residence.

The pool, hot tub, wharf, boathouse and outdoor living areas are for the exclusive use of registered guests during their stay. There are no shared guest amenities and no other vacation-rental guests occupying another portion of the property.

For guests who value privacy and discretion, Seacliff provides the freedom to experience the property at their own pace.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF HALIFAX VACATION RENTAL

Seacliff isn't simply a place to sleep while visiting Halifax. It's a destination within the destination.

Few properties combine an oceanfront Halifax location with this level of privacy and collection of amenities. The heated pool and hot tub, private wharf and boathouse, optional chef experience, water taxi access, executive workspace and multiple waterfront living areas allow each stay to be completely different.

Whether visiting Halifax for a vacation, romantic getaway, family trip, executive stay or extended visit, Seacliff offers the space, setting and privacy to make the property itself part of the experience.
