About Stefan & Monique

This villa is our passion to improve for you and ourselves meaning me Stefan, my lovely wife Monique and wonderfull 3 kids. I am an educated architect that a different carreer anding up being a 3D specialist. So we are selling softwares to designers like (interior)architects and help them using it. My original profession to be a designer myself influences our villa that was in a good state when we bought it from 2 retired germans that lived there 25 years in it. Construction wise all was very OK, but it needed a more modern style and adaptations for 5 people. So we replaced all equipment in the kltchen, added a dishwasher, modern TV, computer, screens, had airco installed, solar panels with batteries. New pump for the pool, new toilets, new fridge and so on and on, alle is renewed! We enlarged the terrace, painted all in white and used a lot wood elements inside. So many things done the past almost 2 years and continue improving it. We made vlogs on youtube so if you like you can see all steps we made untill know. We did a lot ourselves and i became a builder even doing bricks, cement and concrete, all myself. Which i enjoy a lot doing! For plumbing and electricity and all that requires to be 100% well done we hired good people to do it for us. Learning spanish as well so we can speak with them. So spanish is not my best language and needs a lot practise still, but enjoy learning it. We gou 4-6/year mostly during or around the school holidays ourselves. We mostly rent out long term 1-3 months.
