Rome vacation rentals

It was a tremendous stay! Raphael is very friendly and respectful. He gave me great recommendations for navigating the big city of Rome, and he was very responsive at all times. The place was in perfect condition and clean. The photos definitely don't do justice to the room; it's much bigger than it looks in the pictures. 10 out of 10! I felt very safe in Rome and especially within Raphael's apartment. Thank you, Raphael; I will definitely come back.

Beskrivelsen av leiligheten stemmer godt. Flott beliggenhet, gangavstand til alt. Fantastiske gater i umiddelbar nærhet. Det var en varm uke, 32-36 grader, og aircondition fungerte utmerket, selv om vi ikke kunne justere den selv. Leiligheten ble raskt nedkjølt. Vi var veldig fornøyde. Max har svart raskt, høflig og vært behjelpelig underveis. Han er veldig opptatt av gode tilbakemeldinger, og det kan jeg forstå. Han oppfordret oss til å ta kontakt om det skulle være noe feil, heller enn å skrive det i anmeldelsen etterpå. Vi vet godt at ting kan skje som man ikke har kontroll over, og det er helt greit. Men, jeg synes det er ekstremt dårlig stil å beskylde meg for løgner når jeg ber om hjelp. Robotrengjøreren begynte å kjøre rundt da vi hadde lagt oss, så jeg spurte bare om han kunne stoppe den. Han svarte med å legge frem «bevis» på at det ikke var tilfelle, og ba meg dokumentere evt feil. Det sies at angrep er det beste forsvar - men jeg ba bare om hjelp, jeg klaget ikke på noe.

We loved our stay in Rome and having a central place to stay helped maximize our vacation days. + The location was great! We walked almost everywhere from this apartment! It was clean. Jonathan answered my questions quickly. Having a bedroom separate from the living area(with the sofa bed) worked out great. They left several bottles of water to get us started. The AC was much appreciated in the June heat! - At first we couldn't get into the apartment but once the link was activated, it was fine. I also didn't expect to enter the apartment through an alley but it turns out that is part of the norm in Rome and we felt safe after we got used to it.

Notre séjour chez Maurilio s'est déroulé à merveille! L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans le beau quartier de Trastevere. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié: la proximité avec toutes les commodités (supers restaurants, glaciers incroyables, nombreux commerces et transports en commun à quelques minutes à pied à peine) ainsi que des monuments du centre. Sans oublier bien sûr l'accueil très chaleureux de Maurilio, qui est à l'écoute, fort sympathique, réactif et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Le quartier est vraiment charmant, très calme la journée mais change de visage et prend vie le soir (animations locales, musique, bars et restaurants à deux pas). Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il se peut que cela vous dérange (surtout samedi soir où c'était la fête!), mais en fermant les fenêtres cela atténue beaucoup le bruit, qui n'est pas excessif et l'ambiance reste très agréable. Je recommande fortement et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir chez Maurilio!

I had a great stay at Massimo’s and Alessandra’s apartment! They were quick and friendly in communication and super helpful. The apartment is lovely and just like the pictures show. You have everything you need and more! I really enjoyed the light filled day room during the day. Location is central and Rome is a very walkable city. But there is also public transport around the corner. You have some nice bars and restaurants just downstairs and a 24/7 supermarket around the corner. I stayed for four weeks and I am a remote worker, hence the internet connection was really important. It was stable and strong and I had no issues with my many video calls. One thing to note, the trash bins outside on the street get picked up at random times in the night/early mornings which can get noisy. Otherwise a perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay, we booked last minute for a weekend in Rome! We were met at the door by our host and he guided us around the apartment. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 2 stops from the colosseum, also cross the street to get a bus and a 29 minute journey from the Vatican! The best weekend! Such a clean apartment and gorgeous layout! Thankyou to all involved, we had the best time ❤️ We will be back!!
