New York City vacation rentals

The place is clean, well-kept, well-equipped and thanks to this, the stay of our group of 5 was really comfortable. The apartment is located close to public transport (metro, bus), grocery stores, restaurants. The host was very helpful and made sure that nothing was missing. Thank you Ismail for the warm welcome in New York :)

Harvin’s home is very spacious, clean and everything in the home looks like the photos expect it looks much beautiful in person. It’s very chic/modern looking. There was a group of 6 of us and we only stayed there for 1 night. There was a minor issue with another group who booked another one of his properties in the back of this home. They came to the door, thinking this was their stay which it wasn’t, so at one point that was a bit confusing until I contacted Harvin and he explained everything out to me and told me they were supposed to stay somewhere else. Harvin was very responsive to me when I reached out, which I appreciated. Other than that our stay were great and I really liked that each room were of a good size and had its own TV. There were some good restaurants and vegan restaurants nearby and we order our food through Uber eats with no hassle. There was a bit of a cold draft that comes through the sides of the Air conditioner in the kitchen window, which makes the first floor chilly at some parts of the stay, (here and there, which didn’t last for the whole stay; but that’s something that could be fixed). The temperature was great upstairs. But other than that his home really feels like home. Throughout all my experiences of staying in other AirBnB homes, Harvin’s place was my favorite. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked if we can check-out an hour or two later and thankfully he allowed us to. Overall our experience was fun, good and we will defiantly recommend this place to others to stay and I would defiantly come back for another stay !!

The apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. The windows and small patio created a wonderful fresh air and light environment. The furniture was comfortable and bedrooms were cozy. It was a place we were happy to return to after busy days in the city. The window in the shower was even a nice feature. The host was very quick to respond. Directions were sent for entering and existing the property. The internet was out while we were visiting so that prohibited the television usage. Which we worked around. Brooklyn is completely unfamiliar to me so I can’t speak to the location but there was a subway stop just a block away. Also there was a grocery store across the street called Bravo. They had everything we needed. We did enjoy the local bakery call Kolachi where you can get coffees and delicious pastries. Enjoy!

We stayed in April/May 2024 and loved this place and the host Cat so much, we're coming back again later this year. As other reviewers have said, it's a great location in the heart of North Williamsburg, close to subway and ferry, parks and a multitude of places to eat. But it's quiet! It's also extremely livable for two people, even though it's technically a loft. Cat has it set up so the bedroom area is visually separated from the very generous main living area. Both of us were very comfortable for the duration of our three-week stay. The host's housekeeper is extremely thorough, so the place is cleaner than most hotel rooms, honestly. Cat, the host, is one of the nicest people I've never technically met. She's very detail-oriented and professional, very responsive, and just really kind.

My stay was amazing! I usually stay in Manhattan but this go round, I had a baby shower to attend in Brooklyn and wanted to visit the Brooklyn Public Library for “The Book of Hov.” This apartment was nestled at 7 minute Uber rides from each location. The room was cozy with everything I needed - and then some. The space was invitingly clean, with a fresh welcoming scent. The complimentary breakfast was clutch considering how much I was ripping and running. There was A LOT of variety when it comes to food at the restaurants on the same street. The hosts were extremely attentive with clear communication. I can’t wait to return to Brooklyn and to this AirBNB. 10 out of 10, highly recommend! Thank you for a special trip!

Mark was an extremely gracious and considerate host, personally giving us a good lay of the land (explaining apartment, building, neighborhood, and also checking in with us mid-way to make sure all was well. The apartment was as described, very comfortable for an Upper East Side one-bedroom. It was nice to have the separation of bedroom and living space on two floors. This is not typical for a smaller apartment in New York and was kind of cool. Most NY one bedrooms don't have the extra half bath, so this was a plus. Also, for a smaller building, it was nice to have an elevator. There are buildings that are cared for, and there are buildings that are not. This one is well maintained. The air conditioning was more than adequate to help us through some warm days. It's in the middle of a typical Upper East Side neighborhood, which is to say, plenty of nice restaurants and shops from very casual to very fine, and including steps away one of my personal favorite's, Luke's, which serves a pretty good lobster role and is kind of a cute faux-Maine lobster shack. You are minutes from the Met and Central Park, and it's a nice walk to get there. For runners, it's 10 minutes or so to the CP reservoir, one of my favorite runs. Or do the whole perimeter of the park, which is six miles and a spectacle of nature and the human parade. The nearby Neue Gallery, another favorite, now has a line literally around the block, as a result of the movie Lady in Gold. Maybe this will settle down after a few months, because the Neue is a gem. You can get a good work out at Crunch fitness, right across 3rd Ave., one minute from apartment, at a day rate of $35. If you're someone who feels you just need a workout now and then, particularly because you'll want to eat well in NY, this is a worthwhile convenience. Bottom line. Nice apartment, with a very thoughtful and attentive host. I would return. Thanks, Mark.

My family (my husband, my 3 young kids and I) stayed at Karim’s place from Dic 16-20,2022. It was our first time in NY. We went to celebrate my husband’s B-day and to meet my sister that lives in Spain. Karim’s place was neat and clean, elegantly decorated, much bigger that pictures show, it had a natural Christmas tree that make us feel right at home(we even took out family Christmas pictures by the tree🥰), left some fruits and treats for us, and the most beautiful detail was that he surprised us with a cheesecake, candles and sparkly gold flakes for us to decorate it for my husband’s big day. That was a priceless gift! It was also my first Airbnb experience and Karim set up a very high standard. Thank you Karim for Everything!!!🙏 I can’t wait to come back!

We needed a place to stay in town last minute and we were so lucky that Lee's place was available. Lee was responsive and friendly and even made sure we had an iron, steamer, and pac n play set up before our arrival. We loved the house's cleanliness, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds, easy parking, quiet neighborhood, and house layout. During our stay, we often said that it was one of the nicest Airbnb's we'd ever stayed in. This house is also a treat for anyone that appreciates mid-century modern design and furniture. Considering we have family nearby in Jersey, I have a feeling we'll be requesting to stay at Lee's place again in the future.
