Welcome to your Poconos Waterfront Retreat! This well-appointed, newly updated lake house is yours to enjoy with your family and friends. It is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. We made sure that this lakefront retreat will make your getaway a memorable one by providing you all the amenities you need to make your vacation special.

This classic, modern home was designed with you in mind. We are located in Summit Lake, just a few steps away from the shore, next to a creek . You can step out to the deck and hear the sound of the water, view the lake while gathering outdoors, and enjoying the beauty of nature. Included are two boats for you to use if you want some water fun. Our home is great for fishing and swimming enthusiasts.

*There are also optional community facilities you can access for a small daily fee such as beach, outdoor pool and basketball area.

The Space

This 4 bedroom home is 2,052 square feet. It has 2 bathrooms, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, dartboard, entertaining deck, weber propane grill, and 70” high def TV. Central air conditioning and heating.

Lake access is a few steps away from the back door. A row boat and a pedal boat are available for guests to use.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items you need to make a meal. We have a sofa bed and a futon for when you need it.

Location

There are a few supermarkets about 5-10 mins away for grocery shopping. Restaurants are close by, about 5 minutes away to get some pizza, chinese food or Perkins.

There is also a Walmart and a CVS nearby if you need some last minute supplies.

There is a $500 violation fee and a charge for the ozone air purifier we have to rent if the home smells like cigarette smoke.

We live in California and enjoy traveling with our 3 kids. We love hiking, the great outdoors, and are national park geeks. I was a healthcare worker until 2021 and Vincent an aerospace engineer. Traveling allows us to reset from our busy schedules and make time for family. We also enjoy hosting and sharing our home. When we travel, we look for a place that has all the personal touches and the privacy it offers. When you stay in one of our homes you will find that we have you in mind in every room. We would love for our guests to feel welcomed and be able to relax on their vacation.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Stillwater Lakes Community. Very peaceful, safe, and full of nature. Great for getting away from the busy city life. You can relax on the back deck and enjoy the views from the small boats. We are centrally located to many attractions, about 10-15 minutes from Camelback Mountain, Camelbeach Water Park, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Axe Throwing, Klues Escape Room and The Crossings Shopping Outlets. It is right off the same exit as the Kalahari on RT 380.
