About Michael

We are a small family group of four that discovered a passion for buying houses and renovating them to become great furnished rentals in our small town. What started with one at the beginning of Covid is now 7 properties! We are always running for something, whether we're cleaning, renovating, or gathering supplies! Occasionally we eat and sleep also.
