Welcome to YOLO Spa & Ski Estrie, a spacious, cozy chalet nestled in the mountains of the Eastern Townships, in Potton, with a magnificent view of Owl's Head Mountain.

Sleeping up to 12 people, the chalet offers several living areas spread over different levels, allowing everyone to fully enjoy their stay.

The main living room welcomes you with its high ceilings, generous windows, fireplace and cozy atmosphere. It is the perfect place to gather with family or friends after a day outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining room make it possible to prepare and share good meals as a group.

**BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS**

The chalet includes 3 closed bedrooms, a furnished mezzanine and additional sleeping spaces. With 9 beds and 2 full bathrooms, the YOLO is designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends.

**ENTERTAINMENT AND RELAXATION**

Game lovers will be delighted! Enjoy the pool table, dartboard, poker table and board games.

The mezzanine offers additional space to relax, play or work thanks to the high-speed Wi-Fi.

A second lounge in the basement also allows you to relax, watch TV or enjoy a quieter space.

Outside, enjoy a large covered veranda furnished with relaxing furniture, a dining area, and grounds surrounded by nature.

Guest access
You have exclusive use of the Le YOLO chalet during your stay. No indoor space is shared with other guests or with the owners.

You have access to the 3 bedrooms, the mezzanine, the 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the living rooms, the billiards room and the game areas.

Outside, enjoy the covered porch, the relaxation areas, the grounds and the free private parking.

The cottage is fully at your disposal for gatherings with family or friends, in complete privacy.

**SOME USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING**

• **Check-in:** from 4:00 p.m. onwards, independently.
• **Checkout:** 11am at the latest.
• **Maximum capacity:** 12 people. The exact number of guests must be listed at the time of booking.
• **Parking:** Free on site.
• **Environment:** The cottage is located in the heart of nature, in a mountainous area. In winter, good winter tires are recommended for driving in the area.
• **Respect for the premises:** We want to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the beauty of our natural environment. Unauthorized parties and events are not permitted.
