Located on a quiet wooded lot with walking access to the lake and a marina just three minutes away, you'll enjoy the best of Lake Texoma while still having the privacy and tranquility of your own secluded retreat. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the porch as the woods come alive, spend the day fishing, kayaking, boating, or exploring the lake, and end your evenings around the fire pit watching spectacular Texas sunsets beneath the stars.

Though it's a tiny home, we've thoughtfully designed every space to maximize comfort. The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and features a private king bedroom, a spacious loft sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials for preparing meals, a cozy living room perfect for movie nights or board games, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Outside, you'll find plenty of room to relax after a day on the water. Enjoy outdoor dining, grill your favorite meal, gather around the fire pit, or simply listen to the sounds of nature with a good book. Registered guests also have access to recreational amenities, including kayaks (subject to our rental agreement and safety guidelines).
