Welcome to "West View Cabins". We offer four (4) cabins tucked together on Otsego Lake, directly on Trail 7.

This listing is for Cabin #1 "The Cottage House" — It’s your roomy, comfortable basecamp for lake days, trail exploring, and everything northern Michigan throws your way. As the largest cabin on the property, it offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen with a center island. It sleeps 8: The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower and Smart TV. The second bedroom a queen‑size bed. A second hallway bathroom, also with a tub/shower, keeps everyone comfortable. There's a queen sleeper sectional in the living room with a 65" 4K TV. This place is made for relaxing!

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and relax with essentials like air conditioning, individual grill, and picnic table. Just bring beach towels and bonfire blankets.

Resort community amenities include your own boat slip at the dock, trailer parking, two large firepits overlooking the lake, kayaks, bikes, lawn games, grassy commons area, shallow sandy bottom swimming area, floats, water games, and picnic tables.

*Docks are available approximately Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.

**There are 25 wood steps with a handrail down to the waterfront.

****The garage, storage room next to the garage, and the three (3) utility closets inside the yellow house (Cabin #1) are not included with the vacation rental and are not accessible to guests.

***Sometimes GPS directions are not correct for this address, so I want to provide turn-by-turn directions as well:

1. Follow I-75 to exit 270 and go west on Marlette Rd towards Waters.

2. At the stop sign, turn right (north) onto Old US 27.

3. Stay on Old US 27 for about 7 miles.

4. Look for the Otsego Lake State Park on the left.

5. West View Cabins will be on your left immediately after the state park.

6. Turn left into the driveway.

7. Go over the railroad tracks (be careful of trail traffic) and turn left at the garage.

8. The cabins are on the right.
