The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with quality linens, thoughtfully prepared for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring or World Cup events.

The home is ideal for 2 guests, but an additional guest can be accommodated upon request. An inflatable mattress or floor mattress is available for an extra fee — please confirm in advance so everything can be prepared before your arrival.

### Cooling & Comfort

The home is equipped with air conditioning to keep the space cool and comfortable during warmer days and summer evenings.

For cooler weather, each room also includes its own wall-mounted heater for personalized comfort, and the living room features an electric fireplace for a cozy atmosphere.

This recently refreshed home has been thoughtfully furnished to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll find comfortable touches throughout the space designed to help you relax and feel at home during your stay.

The living room also includes a large-screen TV — perfect for enjoying movies, or relaxing evenings with family and friends.

Guest access
For safety reasons, the downstairs area is not accessible to guests. Please use and enjoy the main level of the home during your stay.

🚗 Free parking is available for your convenience — preferably on the asphalt, not the gravel area.

❄️ The home has air conditioning for your comfort during warmer days.

👟 Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers are provided for your comfort.

🔥 The house doesnt havev the central heating option. Each room has its own heater, and the living room includes an electric fireplace. The fireplace can be used with light/sound only or heat mode. Please return the remote to its place before checkout.

🌊 Please use the left balcony door, as the right door remains locked for safety.

🚪 The downstairs area is not part of the guest space.

🌙 Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.

🧺 At checkout, please leave used towels and linens in the bathroom.
